Nancy Fontana, AuD, CCC-A
Nancy C. Fontana earned her Bachelor of Science degree from CUNY Queens College in 1995, majoring in Speech and Language Pathology with minors in Sociology, Philosophy and Music History. She received her Masters of Science in Audiology from Adelphi University in 1997. In 2006, she received her Doctorate of Audiology from the Arizona School of Health Sciences.
Dr. Fontana, a licensed NYS Audiologist and Hearing Aid Dispenser, began her career as a Clinical and Educational Audiologist at the Lexington Hearing and Speech Center and Lexington School for the Deaf in Jackson Heights, New York. After serving various populations and ages, Dr. Fontana continued her vocation as a Clinical Audiologist at the North Shore/Long Island Jewish Hearing and Speech Center, once again serving a variety of age groups with clinical assessment and hearing aid dispensing. Most recently her work has been with Otolaryngology Associates of Long Island, as a Clinical Audiologist. She joined bbin电竞押注 in 2013.
Dr. Fontana has focused her career on audiological assessments for all ages, with special interest in the pediatric level. She has experience with dispensing amplification, occupational noise assessments, educational audiology, central auditory processing, balance assessment and electrophysiological assessment, including auditory brainstem response testing and otoacoustic emissions evaluation. Dr. Fontana is a member of the American Speech Language Hearing Association.
