Adds Allergist/Immunologist Jennifer Diaz, MD to its already superb Suffolk County Team
Tarrytown , NY –February 3 rd , 2014 : ENT and Allergy Associates (bbin电竞押注), hasn’t become the nation’s premier and most comprehensive ear, nose, throat, allergy, and audiology practice by standing still…quite to the contrary. In fact, it continually seeks to add to its superb roster of 150 physicians in 40 offices throughout New York and New Jersey by identifying and recruiting those doctors whose training, expertise, and credentials meet its high standards and therefore add value to the overall care the Practice provides to its many patients.
Consistent with that lofty goal, bbin电竞押注 today proudly announced the addition of Allergist/Immunologist Jennifer Diaz, MD to its clinical locations in Port Jefferson and Patchogue. Dr. Diaz will begin seeing patients August 1 st .
Jennifer M. Diaz, MD graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Boston College and went on to earn her Medical Degree at New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York. She then served her Pediatric Residency and Internship at North Shore- Long Island Jewish Health System at the Steven & Alexander Cohen Children’s Medical Center of NY (where she was appointed Chief Resident of Pediatrics), and went on to complete a Fellowship in Allergy and Immunology there as well.
Dr. Diaz is board-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a member of numerous professional societies, including the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology (AAAAI), American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology (ACAAI), Long Island Allergy and Asthma Society (LIAAS), and the New York Allergy and Asthma Society (NYAAS). In addition, she has authored and contributed to a number of professional publications and presentations.
Prior to joining ENT and Allergy Associates, Dr. Diaz worked as a researcher in the Division of Pediatric Pulmonology at the Westchester Medical Center and as a resident, intern, staff pediatrician, and fellow at NSLIJ.
In Patchogue (475 East Main Street) and Port Jefferson (251 East Oakland Avenue), Dr. Diaz will join an already outstanding roster of physicians, including otolaryngologists and bbin电竞押注 partners Richard S. Litman, MD; William H. Sher, MD; Lee M. Shangold, MD; Lauren S. Zaretsky, MD; John P. Sugrue, MD; Ajay E. Chitkara, MD; and Craig Litman, MD.
