ENT and Allergy Associates Extends and Expands its Commitment To the Patients of the Bronx

Tarrytown, NY-February 12, 2018: ENT and Allergy Associates (bbin电竞押注) today announced that it has signed a letter of intent for a new lease at The Hutch Metro Center/1200 Waters Pl in the Bronx, which both extends its presence for an additional fifteen years and increases the size of its clinical space by nearly 5500 sq. ft., yielding an overall space of approximately 12,000 sq. ft. The entire renovation project is expected to be completed by Summer 2018.
With this extension and expansion, bbin电竞押注’s state-of-the-art office will undergo significant and substantial further upgrading, with the addition of 5,435 feet of clinical space on a floor adjacent to its current footprint-to be connected by an internal staircase. This will result in two additional exam rooms and a more spacious reception area on the current floor, as well as five additional exam rooms, a procedure room, an additional audio booth, a hearing aid dispensary and other assets on the new ground floor.
